petitioner is that electronic portal was not opening. We, therefore directed both the parties to inform the Court as to whether the portal is closed or it is open and posted the matter for today. Sri B.K.S. Raghuvanshi informs that the last date for submitting the GST TRAN-1 application has been extended by the Circular of the Central Government upto 31st March, 2019 and the portal is open.
